Refund Policy

Substitution/replacement & Cancellation/Refund Policy

www.goldenpetalscreations.com provides the best customer service. It is our belief that as the best Florist/Gift portal, we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the proper fulfilment of their orders. We have established this return/refund & substitute policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:
1. The image displayed in indicative in nature.

2. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

3. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified colour) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.

4. Orders would be delivered between 9 AM to 9 PM (IST) on the desired delivery date.

5. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. The delivery will NOT be redirected to any other address in any circumstances.

6. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.

7. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not at home/office and/or no one at their home/office/neighbours could /would accept the order.

8. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

9. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We treat the order as delivered thus no refund/replacement will be made in the below cases:
1. Delivery not done due to wrong address provided.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
5. Recipient refused the products.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbour.

10. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we need at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine why it was not delivered. If it is not delivered on the desired delivery date without any reason, Of-course 100% refund will be issued to the buyer which will be credited back to the customer's account/credit card within maximum 7 working days.

11. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the product. The recipient/sender should contact www.goldenpetalscreations.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind those Flowers, Cakes and other Perishable products need proper care. No refunds or replacements will be made.

12. www.goldenpetalscreations.com is not liable for customer errors that result in the over-ordering of a product. During the checkout process the customer is provided with a total of the order PRIOR to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered.

13. www.goldenpetalscreations.com reserves the right to reject any order placed to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When Bookmyflowers.com receives an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error.

14. Any customer placed an order through www.goldenpetalscreations.com and then need to cancel the order. The cancellation must be made 1 day in advance before the desire date of delivery prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered/processed for delivery, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. For cake deliveries and items that requires reservations, please kindly note that there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.

15. Regarding international orders - Once an order has been transmitted to the overseas office, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. If a sender provides incomplete or inaccurate information, it is the sender's responsibility to provide an update of the correct information.
Wherever possible, customer will be informed of any major changes to the product before delivery if there is sufficient time but if it is already date of delivery and we were not able to contact the customer we will call the recipient and ask for the replacement of the product.
